A heavy weight hand casted solid sterling silver chain with seamless english locking hinged link closure. Each square edged tear drop is casted in the original Spratling taller mold, then hand cut, opened and linked, crimped back into place and soldered. An incredibly laborious piece, introduced into the Spratling collection during the 1960s. The Spratling taller produces a very limited run of biker chains each year. This is one-of-one in this years allocation to OLD JEWELRY.
